Kachotta (Italian. -Saciotta) is an Italian semi-soft table cheese with a closed texture (without eyes).

Kachotta is produced in small heads form "barrel", weighing 1,7-2,5 kg. Our cheese aged 2-4 months has a sweet-sharp taste and dense consistency, it is made from milk cows of the jersei breed.

Cachotta is an excellent sandwich cheese. It perfectly melts and can be used in the preparation of various dishes of traditional Italian cuisine: pizza, paste, risotto. Mature varieties of swing Otta can also be served in the composition of a cheese plate, complementing with white fruit wine, as well as sweet fruit. Cheese dough is white and yellow.
