  17 days to St. Petersburg. Soldering is good, without thermal paste, but heat is transmitted to the radiator well. Voltage drop on LED at 700 mAh-3,05 v (2 random LEDs are taken). Shine Brightly (there is nothing to measure the luminous flux). Thank you seller.
