1) Name: 3.175mm Grade A1 Single Flute Spiral Carbide End Mill Made of USA Kennametal solid carbide.

2) Application: It is special good at cutting high hardness and high stickness non-metal material such as acrylic, organic glass,

perspex, PVC, PP, PC etc. Sure it also can cut wood including timber, plywood, MDF plate etc because they are sofer and lower stickness

than acrylic.

3) Feature: It uses large chips removal single flute structure with sharp blade, no sticking knife phenomenon, smooth side cutting 

surface without any burr.

In the video we are using the Grade A end mill cutter to cut 20mm thick acrylic sheet. It punches and cut acrylic at one time. Cutter is not

sticked by acrylic chips and it is high precision and long working life.
