SHIPMENT    

After setting your order and after we receive your payment, it takes us 2-3 days to prepare the item. Delivery time is about 15-35 days from our warehouse, even longer a bit in the peak shopping season and depending on the coutry to be shipped to. 

After we ship out the goods, the tracking information will show up in 2-5 days. if you haven't received the goods and the delivery date is going to end, please contact us to extend the delivery date for you. 

RETURN&REFUND

If after you receive the goods, you find something wrong or any damage in the product, please do not hesitate to contact us and provide us with enough evidence on that including pictures and videos. We will offer you relative solution or compensation.  

We would prefer if you record the unpacking process when you open the package for a better proof.
